Pack the Footwear

Place the unworn shoes back into their original Clarks box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point to be sent to our Malaysian distribution center.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
